Happy Easter friends! Considering I totally dropped the ball last year (I mean, we didn’t even have any peeps- GASP!) I figured I would step up my game and go all out this year. Like most two year olds, Madeleine is obsessed with those “surprise egg” videos and we have not been able to make it out of Target without her begging to take eggs home with her. I’ve been telling her for weeks that she has to wait for the Easter bunny to bring them so I can’t wait to see her face when she finds her basket!
Growing up Jeremy’s mom always put a new outfit in his basket and my mom always gave us a fun stuffed animal so I knew that was a tradition I wanted to start with Madeleine and Eloise! I started with that and just filled in with little things I knew they would love. Keep reading to find out what is in there!
-Tribe Is Alive Stay Weird Tee
I absolutely LOVE everything Tribe Is Alive has on their site. I’ve been eyeing this shirt for some time and thought it would be perfect for Madeleine. It’s seriously so soft! I can’t wait for her to try it on!
-June & January Varsity Shorts
These shorts are amazing. Actually everything that comes from them is beyond perfect! They come in so many fun colors, the fit is perfect and they are super affordable! Fun fact- the first item we ever bought for Madeleine was a set of 3 knotted baby hats from Little Hip Squeaks. I love them so so so much.
–Afternoon Faun Bailey the Bear
I knew when I decided to put a stuffed animal/doll in their baskets I wanted them to be special and something that they would be able to grow with. This little guy is more than I could have hoped for! All of her products are hand crocheted, super soft and unique. We might have to add Riley the Raccoon to our family ASAP!
-Bloom with Mi by Amy Kavelaris
I love the message behind this book. Mi has no color to her skin or hair- that way all kids can relate to her. She uses her gifts to spread love and give back to others.
Non toxic, natural and super cute colors! I had my nails painted blue last week and she kept asking me to do her nails “like mommy does!”. Even though she is pretty much past putting her hands in her mouth I would still rather her use an all natural polish. These are great! I also got her some fun nail stickers to go along with it. Manicure time!
–Sweet On September bows
These are soooo cute! I’ve been following this momma on Instagram for awhile and I was excited when I saw her bows in a local shop! She has a lot of cute head wraps, bows and beanies for both momma & baby!
–We also included some Wayfarer style sunglasses, big girl undies, a fun new cup from Target, natural jelly beans from our favorite candy store- Shane’s Confectionary, and of course some chocolate eggs!
–Will & Tess Simple Skinny Headband & Felt Posey
These headbands are so cute and perfect for the spring. I know this because I might have tried them on Eloise as soon as I opened the package- shh don’t tell! Not only does Holly make the cutest hair accessories, she also has a beautiful line of hand dyed items and the most adorable scarves.
–June & January Varsity Shorts and Cropped Tank
Because what could be cuter than a crop top on a baby? All of the heart eyes.
-Maileg Sleepy Wakey Bambi
I found this beauty while I was shopping at a local store and I knew it be such a beautiful addition to Eloise’s room. On one side she is awake and the other she is asleep! Stunning.
-Mustachifier Baby Opticals
We had a pair of these for Madeleine and we LOVED them so much! They are polarized, flexible, come with a removable strap and have shatter-resistant lenses. Plus they come in 5 super cute colors! We went with pink for Miss Eloise.
-A Midsummer Night’s Dream BabyLit
We started collecting the BabyLit books almost two years ago so this was just adding to our collection.
And that just about wraps it up. I hope you all have a wonderful Easter!
